Pilgrimage to Benedictine Abbey
Tired from work or study? The kids/husband/wife at home are too noisy and is driving you mad?
Want to clear your head and reflect at a place other than the shower? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Come and join us for a pilgrimage to the Benedictine Abbey, set in tranquil mountain surroundings, it is THE place
to be to meditate and reflect.

Date: Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th October 2009
Venue: Benedictine Abbey @ Jamberoo NSW Australia.
Cost: AU$75 per head
Accommodation & Meals: Stay in cottages, 1 person per room. Breakfast & lunch is provided. Dinner is basic.

CASS Alumni voluntary work - DARTS
DARTS (Disabled Alternative Road Transport Services) is a non-profit organisation operating in the north east
areas of Sydney and arranges weekly program of recreational, educational and social activities and day trips for
adults who have physical disabilities and use wheelchairs and who live in their own homes.
Volunteer helpers are required to assist the members on an one-to-one basis during these activities.
Let us know if you are interested to join us sometime and we will forward the timetable for your information.
We will organise your registration to meet with a DARTS representative.
